Our brief was to rebrand Biobelo 360 into The Talent Hive — a recruitment business built on collaboration and shared success. The new identity draws meaning from the hive itself: a hexagon forms the central holding shape, symbolising the space where talent and opportunity connect. Vertical lines introduce a sense of strength and structure, while their repetition conveys movement, energy and collective momentum — much like bees working together toward a common goal. The ‘T’ and ‘H’ are seamlessly integrated into the hexagon, representing the symbiosis between people and business — one cannot thrive without the other. Finished in gold, the identity speaks to grandeur, prosperity and the kind of value a true hive creates when it works as one.
